A "Turnkey" Solution

Texas Custom Patios will take care of everything from the ground up. Your project can start with a decorative patio of stamped concrete, tile, slate or flagstone; a concrete slab, pavers, or a wood or composite deck. Then, Texas Custom Patios can design and build a patio cover, gazebo, room addition, or shade arbor. Your project can include ceiling fans or decorative lighting; brick, stone, or decorative round columns; and a Hardiepanel or wood tongue & groove ceiling. Finally, add some elements of style like a fireplace, a firepit, or an outdoor kitchen.

Our Design Process

You will know exactly what you are getting with Texas Custom Patios. During your initial design consultation, you will be asked lots of questions about your project, and you will have an opportunity to view a comprehensive portfolio of projects while our design consultant takes measurements and digital photos.

During your proposal visit, our design consultant will present a design drawing with thorough specifications and dimensions, as well as a rendering that will show you what the project will look like in relation to your home. The job quote will be based on the exact material, labor and other work that is to be completed on your project, including many optional items and upgrades listed separately.

If we have the right design and price, and you are comfortable working with Texas Custom Patios, we will do a written contract. Our contract is a guarantee of our price – no low-ball bids with surprise expenses during construction. Any changes to the contract will be done through a
written addendum.
